First time

For the first time, i've learn to turn down request at my workplace. I've stop giving coffee to the Beach rd usher, hope that this give him a signal that i would never ever give him coffee again. I've also learn to make up excuse to turn down people's request even though it's not real...as i know such requests will be more in future and even greater.
And lastly...it's my first time ever to raise my voice(slightly) to Roy...kinda bad though
